Who we are
This site, huper.technology, is run by Huper Technology Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (“Huper”, “we”, “us”). We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you use the Engage form
The form at huper.technology/engage asks for your name, email, company, role, the area you are interested in, a description of your challenge and a budget range. If you reached the page through a link with campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), we receive those tags with your message.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message.
When you browse
This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it does not load scripts, fonts or widgets from other companies. Like most websites, the servers that host it may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. We use these only to run and secure the site.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, understand what you need, and follow up on a possible engagement. We use campaign tags to see which links bring people to us. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it goes
When you submit the Engage form, our server sends the details to our team as a WhatsApp message, through a messaging gateway we run ourselves. WhatsApp is a service of Meta. We do not store form submissions in a website database. If a message cannot be delivered, the details may be written to our server error logs so your enquiry is not lost.
Our servers and the services above may be located outside Singapore. Where your data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
Consent
By sending us the form or an email, you consent to us using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. We will then stop using your data for those purposes, which may mean we can no longer reply to or work with you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply, to follow up on a possible engagement, and for our business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
OpenSEO, our internal tool
OpenSEO, at seo.huper.technology, is an internal tool used only by Huper. It is not open to the public. When an authorised Huper account connects a Google account, OpenSEO reads Google Search Console and Google Analytics data for Huper’s own websites only, to track how those sites perform in search.
The OAuth tokens Google issues are stored encrypted. We do not share or sell the data OpenSEO reads, and we do not use it for advertising. Whoever connected the Google account can revoke OpenSEO’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it in the past year, and you can ask us to correct it. Send your request to [email protected]. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can, and within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you when to expect an answer.
How we protect it
We serve this site over HTTPS, limit access to enquiries to the people who need them, and keep secrets such as API keys out of our code.
